Gulf Shores Family Vacation Day 3

Day 3 of our vacation started with a little beach and pool time which I some how did not get photos of. After 2-3 hours of being in the sun the boys were ready to head back up to the condo for a little relax and nap time.
Austin has made himself at home at our "beach house" as he calls it and sleeps on the sofa just like he does at home. He didn't end up taking a nap though today.
As you can see Hudson also feels right at home here at the beach.

When Hudson woke up from his nap we decided to take the boys to Foley Alabama Railroad Museum. However, Austin fell asleep on the way there so we made a quick stop at the local Coach store where I got the amazing bag posted below.

Once we arrived at the Railroad Museum Austin started off a little slow since he had just woke up from his nap. It didn't take him too long to warm up once I let him get on a few of the cool train cars.

He was driving the caboose.

The museum was located in a cool little park area so we also walked around some.

Here are my three guys in front of the Choo-Choo!

Hudson was Mr. Independent again. Here he is trying to catch up with Daddy and Austin

Here he is getting mad at me because I told him he couldn't do something. Its so hard for me not to laugh when he tries to get mad and throw a fit. He is usually so happy and nothing but smiles, so when he gets mad its really cute.

After we left the Museum (which would have been cooler if we had of done our homework a little more and found out the time that the actual museum was open and the times that the model trains ran), we were off to find somewhere to have dinner. There is a really cool place we had heard about "Lambert's Cafe" home of the flying rolls that we tried to eat at. However, even though it was only 4:45 on a Monday afternoon everyone else seemed to have the same idea and the line was out the door to have dinner. We opted for somewhere else to eat.

When we sat down to eat at the other restaurant Hudson was not having any part of being in his highchair so Daddy held him and did everything possible to keep him happy as you can see below. We ended up getting our food to go and Brad took the boys to the car.

In the boys defence the service was HORRIBLE at the restaurant and I cant say that I blamed them for being over it.

Once we got back to the condo we ate our dinner which ended up being burnt and no good, then the boys discovered a new AMAZING toy. Daddy's belt. The kids had a blast with this for a while, taking turns pulling each other around.

We also played a few games of hide-n-seek. You can see Austin hiding below. Its so funny to see how entertained the boys can be with out all there toys here.

We had another good day here and Austin was such a good boy. He has really been good at playing with Hudson and leaving the pool or beach when we say.
